Payment is normally done by Vipps, cash or by card. Bank transfers can also be accepted, but in such cases payment has to happen in advance. Any difference between actual costs related to the trip and payment made in advance is refunded once back on the ground. In the event of the trip being shortened for any reason, we charge only for the actual flight time regardless of whether planned flight time was longer. You only pay for actual flight time.
Cost per hour of flight time is currently NOK 2,500,- where we split the cost 30/70, with the pilot covering 30%. This is to encourage bookings of two or three passengers so that we split the costs even between us. Other trip related costs like landing fees etc. are covered by us in its entirety.
Be rest assured we are not permitted to make a revenue on our activity - our pilot licence permit cost-sharing activity only, and no commercial benefit as such.
As of today, we cycle between two Cessna 172S aircraft on our trips. These are considered some of the safest general aviation aircraft out there, with four seats and some luggage capacity. LN-NRF is an aircraft with steam gauges which means the instruments are of analogue nature. LN-NRO however is equipped with an Garmin G1000 Electronic Flight Information System (EFIS), offering a fair few more opportunities like autopilot, more advanced navigational instruments etc. Beyond instrumentation, both aircrafts are pretty much identical. At a later stage, we hope to offer trips in other types of aircrafts.

We normally fly from Kjeller Air Force Base (ENKJ) by Lillestrøm, a 20-minute drive from downtown Oslo. We are however happy to agree on departure from a different airport if you wish.
If you arrive Kjeller by car, there is free parking offered right outside the airport gates.
If you arrive by public transport, the regional train service takes about 10 minutes from Oslo Central Station to reach Lillestrøm train station. From Lillestrøm train station there is a 25 minute walk (approx. 2 km / 1.2 miles) to the airport. Alternatively there is a bus service from Lillestrøm train station to the stops Vestbygata or Måsasvingen Vest, both located right outside the airport fences - the bus trip takes about five minutes.
We recommend for you to use Ruter's trip planner for finding services, departure times and departure locations: https://reise.ruter.no/Below you can see the route description from Lillestrøm train station to Kjeller airport.

Generally there isn't much you need to bring along for the trip, unless you plan to travel rather than doing a tour or return trip. We bring along headsets for all passengers (both for noise protection and inflight communication purposes), and if you want a physical map we can get that sorted for you. That said, it might be worth bringing a few things (see the list), and be mindful of clothing. Feel free to ask us, we regularly attend training on winter ops and long-duration flights, and we have regulatory requirements to comply with in terms of equipment to bring onboard. We also fly a lot, and have experience with what is useful to bring along.
Feel free to use mobile phones and/or different types of cameras to shoot or film any part of the trip. That said, any such equipment cannot obstruct any part of the cockpit or aircraft's controls, instruments, exits etc.
We can also bring recording equipment (GoPros, Insta360s, iPhone) mounted inside the airplane, all connected to the intercom of the airplane for the video recording to include audio from the airplane intercom, and all radio communication with ATC and other aircraft. We are also happy to edit videos for you, or provide you with the raw footage. It is great fun to watch your trip and look back at it all later. Of course, if you wish to bring along your own GoPros you are more than welcome to do so.
Keep in mind it will not be possible to mount recording equipment outside the airplane, as it may interfere with its capability and airworthiness and thus represent unnecessary risk.
